Revive U was founded by Jacob Wolfe, CRNA. He is a West Virginia native and a proud graduate from West Virginia University.  He has worked as a nurse in both the Cardiac Care Unit and CardioThoracic Intensive Care Unit at the Charleston Area Medical Center as well as Ruby Memorial Hospital before attending anesthesia school at Saint Vincent's College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.  While there he received his masters in both Hospital Administration and Anesthesia in 2008.

 

Revive U is his vision for hydration therapy in the North Central West Virginia area. Jacob is passionate about providing the highest level of care and enjoys seeing the marked improvement that those experiencing our service realize. He knows that dehydration can strike from many different reasons and our team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Nurses work tirelessly to develop the best products to meet your individual needs and provide you with a positive experience that you will not forget.
